Working for a rapidly expanding and market leading consumer services organization, the Head of CRM / Director of CRM / Senior Manager Database Marketing role involves leading a team of 4 to optimise customer loyalty, customer spend and cross-sell / link-sell across tens of millions of consumers globally.
The Head of CRM / CRM Director / Senior Manager Database Marketing will:
- Own the retention of targeted consumer segments, as well as driving revenue through the development of appropriate contact and offer strategies – for email and other direct-to-consumer channels
- Optimise customer retention, X-sell and Up-sell via targeted and profitable on-site and email campaigns throughout the life-cycle
- Work closely with the wider Marketing team to optimize life-time value of our customers
- Work closely with engineering team to drive business requirements and deliver a world -class CRM infrastructure, tools and solutions
- Work closely with Analytics & Research team to improve user segmentation, targeting and effectiveness of online campaigns
- Partner with other group CRM teams to build a global CRM strategy
- Mentor and develop a CRM team of 2-4 members
- Develop and execute the CRM strategy and implementation of Customer Relationship Programs
Candidates for the Head of CRM / CRM Director / Senior Manager Database Marketing role must have:
- Extensive experience of CRM in a mass consumer environment (retail, travel, financial services, gaming, publishing, etc)
- Excellent track record of developing, launching, and marketing online campaigns
- Strong Analytic Skills
- Strong understanding of Internet-based consumer behavior and direct marketing
- Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment
- Collaborative and consensus driven approach
- Strong academics or equivalent experience.
